Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This TOS shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore (including the Evidence Act 1893 of Singapore and the Electronic Transactions Act 2010 of Singapore, both as may be amended from time to time), without regard to any conflict of law provision.
